Wendiann Ruffin began to teach at the St. George’s Anglican Senior School in 1995 after graduating from TA Marryshow Community College. I gained my teacher certificate in 1999 and went on to pursue certificates in Human Resource Management, counseling, social work, and pastoral care. She is a published author, radio and television host and the founder and senior pastor of Josiah Reformation Ministries Intl, and Adult Literacy Initiative of Grenada. She is married and has four children.

She began to facilitate courses at Grey’s Training & Certification Center in 2021 and enjoys the freedom of being able to work with and impact individuals for their moral and educational development.
