Mrs. Janice Pierre-Francis is a retired Human Resource professional with over 35 years’ experience in the field of Administration.  She holds a Diploma in Executive Management, with the University of the West Indies and Certificate in Human Resource Management, from the St. George’s University School of Medicine and from the Florida State University.

She is a trained Executive Secretary and holds certification as an Administrative Professional Secretary.  She held the positions of Secretary to the Board and also Executive Secretary for over twenty years.

Various training and management in the field of Quality Management, Customer Services and Administrative functionalities enables her to transfer immense knowledge and skills in those areas for the upliftment of others.

My motto in life ‘’when one door closes another one opens’’.  Who never despairs, just keep on trying.
